BREW was born from a simple belief: everyone deserves access to exceptional coffee. Our founder, Sarah, spent years traveling to coffee farms around the world, learning the craft from master roasters in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala.
In 2009, she opened our first location—a tiny space with just four tables and a dream. Today, we've grown to three locations, but our commitment remains the same: source the finest beans, roast them with care, and serve them with love.
